DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES RENDERED
Her Closet, is a local Harrysmith company that sources local garments and beautiful clothing for women. We cater for all ages and our garments are selected so as to compliment all body types.
SHIPPING POLICY
Subject to availability of goods and receipt of full payment, all requests will be processed within 3-5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email. We recommend checking your Junk / Spam email folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time, please contact us immediately. The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered. We are not held responsible for any damages that occur on international shipping as liability will fall on that of the customer when goods leave South Africa.
EXPORT RESTRICTION (Optional)
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only at this stage. We will certainly look at making our on-line store available internationally should there be the demand to do so.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Our primary purpose for our business, is the complete satisfaction of our clients. Thus, it is of utmost importance that you are entirely happy with your purchase and the fit thereof. Should this not be the case, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. The garment/s must be returned within 21 days of delivery date for national orders, and must be unworn, unwashed and with the swing tag undamaged and still attached. As we have limited stock in each print/style, Her Closet is unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. In cases of unavailability, Her Closet will offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card which can be used toward future purchases. The Gift Card has no expiry date. To request a voucher, please email us on louise@jbothma.co.za or contact us through one of our contact details provided in the contact page with your order details. Alternatively, should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advice on alternative styles and colours. Her Closet will offer a full refund on items returned within 10 working days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, not damaged and still have their swing-tags attached.
If you would like us to handle the logistics of returning the garment, we can arrange a collection from your door at a service fee of R100 to cover shipping. This R100 will be deducted from your credit card and we will go about doing an exchange or processing your gift card / in store credit.
If, upon inspection, we find that the conditions above have not been adhered to, we will return the garment to you. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on International orders.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible . However, please note that colours may vary.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
The supplier (Her Closet) will supply all goods to the selected delivery company in good order. Our garments are quality checked to the highest standards several times during the production process and again prior to despatch. It is thus highly unlikely that you will receive a damaged product. The supplier (Her Closet) cannot be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address. However, should you be dissatisfied with your order, please immediately send a photo of the damaged garment, together with the order number. We will arrange for an exchange garment at our cost.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
Her Closet shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal
information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfer into the Her Closet bank account, the details of which are provided on checkout.
CARD SECURITY
Card transactions will be acquired for Her Closet via Payfast who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE TO CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by Her Closet separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more information on PayFast, please refer to www.paygate.co.za.
MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is in South African Rand (ZAR).
RESPONSIBILITY
Her Closet takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support. Dispute resolution however, once an item has been shipped, the responsibility of damage of goods etc falls on that of the buyer and courier service.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Her Closet chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
VARIATION
Her Closet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend these terms without prior notification and at our discretion. Users must agree to and abide by, such amendments accordingly. It is thus recommended that these pages are reviewed periodically.

The manufacturer will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address. The delivery costs relate to the weight and size of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited.Her Closet shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Her Closet shall only be liable to refund cash where it is unable to fulfill orders. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advice on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates. We offer a full refund on items returned within 7 working days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and still have their swing-tags attached.
