Refund policy
Our primary purpose for our business, is the complete satisfaction of our clients.
Thus, it is of utmost importance that you are entirely happy with your purchase and the fit thereof. Should this not be the case, we are more than happy to offer an exchange.
The garment/s must be returned within 21 days of delivery date for national orders, and must be unworn, unwashed and with the swing tag undamaged and still attached. As we have limited stock in each print/style, Wendy Bashford Designs is unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. In cases of unavailability, Her Closet will offer store credit in the form of a digital gift card which can be used toward future purchases. The Gift Card has no expiry date.
To request a voucher, please email us on louise@jbothma.co.za or contact us through one of our contact details provided in the contact page with your order details. Alternatively, should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advice on alternative styles and colours. Her Closet will offer a full refund on items returned within 10 working days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, not damaged and still have their swing-tags attached.
If you would like us to handle the logistics of returning the garment, we can arrange a collection from your door at a service fee of R100 to cover shipping. This R100 will be deducted from your credit card and we will go about doing an exchange or processing your gift card / in store credit.
If, upon inspection, we find that the conditions above have not been adhered to, we will return the garment to you. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on International orders.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible . However, please note that colours may vary.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
The manufacturer (Wendy Bashford Designs) will supply all goods to the selected delivery company in good order. Our garments are quality checked to the highest standards several times during the production process and again prior to despatch. It is thus highly unlikely that you will receive a damaged product. The manufacturer (Wendy Bashford Designs) cannot be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address. However, should you be dissatisfied with your order, please immediately send a photo of the damaged garment, together with the order number. We will arrange for an exchange garment at our cost.
